I don't understand the appeal that clubbing and getting drunk every weekend has to people in the same age group as myself. I like going to the movies,having a nice dinner or even indulging in some karaoke. I like reading all different kinds of books but the genres I gravitate towards are; Science Fiction, Fantasy,Teen Lit,Mystery and Romance. When I make the time I do like to write as well. I think I can readily admit that I'm a TV show junkie of sorts (which I tend to watch all online). I watch a lot of shows that are for different audiences. Movie wise I love old films like 20's-50's, Drama, Comedy, Romance and so on. I listen to different music genres and a lot of the music I like tends to fall under world music. I'm not a die hard fan of musicians or performers I listen and enjoy but I'm not immensely caught up with it. I do have a couple of favorites though. I do enjoy keeping up with current Hollywood happenings but at the same time I like learning new things that have nothing to do with celebrities. I'm reserved but enthusiastic, I take a little time to get comfortable with people. I love animals (cats especially) and nice sunny days spent laying in the park. I enjoy taking pictures and laughing. I am open minded and willing to try new things at least once (although that doesn't apply to roller-coasters which I will NOT get on). I am a good listener and I make sure to be there for my friends when they need me. I just have had a lot of people in my life that weren't the right kind of friends for me. I'm usually the reliable one why they were always flaky friends.
